Please be advised that delivery policies and methods may vary depending on the products being shipped, and this policy exclusively pertains to The Rocket Electronics Website and not to their other digital sales platforms.

Throughout the checkout process, you will be presented with all available shipping options and associated costs. Shipping estimates will be displayed on the order form, with detailed delivery information provided in the subsequent order shipping email.

It's important to note that estimates provided at the time of order placement are not guaranteed. Various factors, including production delays, customer delays, material shortages, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, may impact order fulfillment. The Rocket Electronics team remains committed to promptly informing customers of any such developments as soon as they are brought to our attention. However, please be aware that such delays do not invalidate our refund policy.

I. Payment. Please note that if your shipping address differs from your billing address, there is a possibility that your credit card verification may fail.

II. Shipment. Please be advised that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Hotels, Prisons, or addresses outside of the continental United States, including Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, The Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, and other regions. Additionally, we are currently only shipping to the continental United States, and international shipping addresses will not be accepted at this time.

III. Supplies. If any item in your order experiences a delay, is out-of-stock, or is back-ordered, we will make every effort to notify you promptly. Once the items become available, we will automatically ship them to you. However, if you prefer not to wait for delayed or back-ordered items, you have the option to cancel your order in full or part. Simply send a cancellation notice via email to The Rocket Electronics or call us before the new stock arrives. Please note that your order is not considered canceled until you receive a confirmation reply from us. If you do not receive a reply within three business days, we recommend reaching out to us again, as your initial message may not have been received. It's important to mention that orders with personalization or custom work may not be canceled. Additionally, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

IV. Rates. Please be aware that shipping rates for numerous products we offer are determined by weight. The estimated shipping weight comprises the product itself, its packaging, and the shipping materials. To align with the policies of the shipping carriers and product distributors we collaborate with, all weight measurements will be rounded up to the next full pound.

V. Process. Upon verification of your payment, merchandise shipping commences promptly. Please note that orders containing multiple products may originate from different locations and may be shipped in multiple shipments. We work with various shipping carriers and product distributors, resulting in the possibility of receiving more than one shipment for each order, with packages arriving on different days. Additionally, items included in product bundles may not necessarily be shipped together. Please be aware that it is not feasible to specify a preferred shipping carrier during the checkout process.

VI. Time Frame. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are typically processed the following business day in the order they were received, and shipping occurs after processing and/or production is complete. Tracking numbers are generally sent out the day after the product has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates based on the point of order fulfillment and not the time of order placement.

Please be advised that large items traveling via ground freight may take between 1 to 8 weeks for delivery. These items may also require an agreed-upon delivery time window. Failure to be present at the agreed-upon delivery window may result in the shipping carrier charging a re-delivery fee, which is the responsibility of the recipient. If the shipping freight carrier is unable to contact you regarding delivery, you will be held responsible for all fees related to storage and/or return of your merchandise.

Large items, such as home theater carpets, seating, popcorn machines, cinema signs, and more, may be delivered via curbside delivery. It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery tracking number and ensure someone is available to accept delivery during the expected delivery time. Even smaller items left on a front porch or by a door may be subject to theft. Therefore, regardless of the size or value of the product, it is advisable to have someone present on the day of package delivery or to arrange a preferred shipping time window with the shipping carrier. Please note that The Rocket Electronics is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

VII. Damage or Defects. Upon delivery of your product(s), it is your responsibility to promptly inspect the package(s) for any evident damage or defects. Should you detect any such issues, it is imperative to note them on the shipping receipt and refuse the delivery. In the event of damage or defects, please notify The Rocket Electronics immediately so that we can swiftly address the matter.

In cases where there is no obvious external damage to the shipping package, but you suspect internal damage, we strongly advise opening the package(s) promptly. Regardless of your suspicions, it is recommended to open the package(s) within 24 hours and conduct a thorough inspection. If any damage is discovered upon opening the package, you have 24 hours to contact the shipping carrier and initiate a damage claim. It is essential to retain all damaged goods and their packaging for inspection by the shipping carrier and to call them within the stipulated time frame to file the claim. We recommend requesting claim filing information and instructions from the carrier at that time.

Should you refuse to accept an undamaged/non-defective item after it has been shipped from the factory/warehouse, you will be liable for full shipping and return shipping costs, along with a 25% restocking fee and any credit card transaction fees incurred by The Rocket Electronics. Additionally, if the carrier holds your merchandise for four or more days, storage fees will be your responsibility.

VIII. Returns. If a shipping carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will make every effort to contact you. You will have the option to choose between two courses of action: we can issue a full refund (less all shipping charges), or we can arrange for you to pay postage for a second delivery attempt. In the event that we are unable to reach you, we will proceed with issuing a full refund (less all shipping charges). Please note that The Rocket Electronics reserves the right not to re-ship orders returned to us as undeliverable.

It is imperative that you provide accurate shipping information to ensure successful delivery. Another potential reason for a package return is if someone at the destination address is unaware of the incoming package and refuses delivery. Therefore, it is your responsibility to notify individuals who may not be expecting a delivery of your recent order. Prior to submitting your order, please review your delivery address carefully to avoid any discrepancies. Additionally, most of our shipping carriers will make three delivery attempts. If a signature is required and no one is available to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

IX. Track Order. The shipping times displayed on The Rocket Electronics website are approximate and subject to various factors, including but not limited to traffic and weather conditions. Consequently, shipping times are not guaranteed, although we endeavor to deliver the product(s) within the specified timeframe. Please note that cut-off times for Christmas delivery typically occur two weeks before Christmas Day.

X. Delivery Time. Orders shipped via "Next Day," "2nd Day," and "3-Day" are delivered to you on the next day, second day, or third day from the day they are shipped, not from the day they are placed. Please note that orders may take 24-48 hours to process (excluding weekends and holidays) and may not always ship on the day the order was placed. The timing of the day can also impact shipping, and certain orders may require additional time for packing and shipping due to product characteristics. Custom and personalized orders necessitate a longer production time before they can be shipped via your chosen method.

Our product distributors select their shipping companies, with large and heavy items typically sent via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight. Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, while a small number of products are dispatched via DHL or USPS. Here is a breakdown of how products may ship based on your chosen Shipping Method:

Ground: FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Post
3-Day: FedEx Express Saver, UPS 3 Day Select, USPS Priority Mail
2nd Day: FedEx 2Day, UPS 2nd Day Air, USPS Priority Mail
Next Day: FedEx Standard Overnight, UPS Next Day Air Saver, USPS Express Mail

XI. Free Shipping. Products labeled with "Free Ground Shipping" are eligible for shipping to the lower 48 states only. Conversely, products designated as "Ground-Only Delivery" will not be shipped to Hawaii. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii interested in ordering products with these designations are encouraged to contact The Rocket Electronics via email prior to placing an online order. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the cancellation and refund of the entire order or part of the order by The Rocket Electronics, with any credit card transaction fees incurred by The Rocket Electronics deducted from the refund. Products labeled with "Free Ground Shipping," "Ground-Only Delivery," "via Ground Freight," or "via Ground Shipping" will be shipped via Ground Freight regardless of the selected delivery method. Orders or products displaying a Shipping Method of "N/A" will also be shipped via ground freight.

XII. Disclaimer. The Rocket Electronics does not bear responsibility for manufacturer defects. In the event of a manufacturer defect in your product, we advise you to directly contact the manufacturer and adhere to the instructions outlined in the manufacturer's warranty policy, usually provided on the warranty card accompanying the product.
